GENERAL INFORMATION

Customers are advised to ensure they have checked and understood the relevant government guidance which may be applicable to them at the time of travel; especially with regards to the party make-up and in regards to any travel restrictions which may be applicable.

Should any further government Covid lockdown restrictions be in place, either nationally, or locally to your home address or if your holiday park destination is closed, we offer a refund on monies paid, less a £25 administration fee. However; this does not include or cover quarantining, self-isolation or illness or change of circumstances.

Please note that due to the continued Covid Pandemic, facilities at White Cross Bay may be restricted and / or not available. Potentially, facilities such as bar, food, entertainment, swimming pool etc may still be affected; even if restrictions are relaxed.
